Activity information

Each Sunday afternoon the staff give the students a suggested activity programme which is geared to the students age group. Students are basically divided up in to three age ranges.

Three age ranges

They are 12-14 year olds, 15 to 16 year olds and 17 and 18 year olds. This ensure that activities and sports are appropriate to the right age group. This has proven to work really well.

Age based activities

For example the 12 to 14 year olds are under constant supervision and there is one adult supervisor per every fifteen students.

There is more ‘freedom’ if you are a bit older and fit in to the 15 to 16 age bracket for example. There are sometimes evenings organised outside the camp for this age group but they are always escorted by Linguaviva supervisors.

Special programme for 17 - 18 year olds

The 17 and 18 year olds live in a part of the resort separate from the younger students and are very much involved in the decision making regarding what activities they would like to do and are actively encouraged to make suggestions.
