Clare College is the second oldest Cambridge University College. The beautiful First Court was built in 1326 before the college expanded across the River Cam. The main entrance to Clare is right next to King’s College Chapel and only a few metres from the main King’s Parade road.

Our summer school is located in Memorial Court, built over a hundred years ago next to the iconic University Library. All student bedrooms and classrooms are in Memorial Court, which has great modern facilities, ideal for a summer school. All meals are served in the Clare buttery underneath the famous formal dining hall. With sports fields nearby, Clare College is the perfect city-centre location for an English language summer school.
