Victoria is close to the US cities of Seattle and Washington, while Vancouver is just 2 hours away by ferry. It is renowned for its temperate climate and fabulous sailing, hiking and fishing. Our partner school is situated on Douglas Street, close to tourist attractions such as the Legislative buildings, the Butchart Gardens and the Inner Harbour. You'll be just steps away from Victoria's main shopping district, with excellent restaurants, public transport and entertainment all within easy reach.

If you prefer to leave town for a while, you'll find marvellous countryside all around, with the West Coast Trail and excellent ski resorts nearby, and a hikers' paradise practically on the doorstep. Our partner school is on the edgre of some of Canada's most spectacular scenery. 

After class activities are a terrific way to make lifelong friends and discover the city! During term time, there's a choice of things to do in the evenings and at most weekends. 

There is a great choice of excursions as well, from skiing in the Rockies to taking the ferry to Vancouver , to hiking in the glorious countryside.
