English Classes
All students are tested online prior to their arrival and placed in classes of no more than 16 students at an appropriate level for their ability. The lessons are topic-based and are designed to help students develop communication skills, natural English and a range of vocabulary.
Materials have been specifically developed for both the Young Learners and Teens’ courses and include authentic resources supplied by International House Bristol who provide the English language tuition element of this course.
Tennis lessons
The tennis coaching takes place on the College campus and is delivered by a team of LTA, (Lawn Tennis Association) qualified coaches from Absolute Tennis Bristol who also coach the Clifton College tennis teams throughout the year.
Pastoral Care
Great emphasis is placed on looking after the students at all times and in all aspects of their stay. Clifton College staff are accommodated in every student residence to assure the well being of students.
Individual students are all accommodated in the same student residence under the careful supervision of the pastoral team and Clifton College House Leaders.
